Accompaniment & support
A familiar concierge accompanies the client, organizes notes and next steps, and sends an authorized family member a same-day written summary.
Solmira is a private concierge service for older adults: someone who accompanies them to appointments, keeps the details handled, and tells the family exactly what happened — the same familiar person, every time.
From everyday errands to outings, celebrations and travel-day details, Solmira provides a familiar, discreet presence for older adults and clear communication for the people who love them.

Start with the essentials, then add the lifestyle support that makes daily life easier, more social and more enjoyable.

Solmira is a concierge service, not a care provider. We deliberately do not do the things that require a clinician — and we say so plainly, so no one is surprised later.
No hands-on personal care, no medication administration, no medical advice, and no access to accounts, cards or bill payment. Ever, and not by request.
The appointment attended, the notes taken, the errand run, the vendor met, the family told. The work that falls between clinical care and family visits.
Every client is known personally. Continuity is the point: the same person learns the routine, the preferences, and the household.
Solmira does not provide transportation and our team never drives a client. Transportation is arranged independently by the client or family. The concierge meets the client at the destination, accompanies them through the appointment and stays through completion; that time counts against the monthly allowance.
No. There is no hands-on personal care, no nursing, and no medication administration. If those needs come up, we will say so directly and help the family coordinate with the appropriate licensed provider.
No. Solmira does not manage finances, hold cards, access accounts, or pay bills. Purchases made on a client's behalf follow a documented reimbursement process agreed in advance.
Memberships are month-to-month. Included hours reset on your renewal date and do not roll over.
Tell us a little about the situation and we will respond within 1 business day. The first 15-minute call is complimentary.
