For referral partners

The support your clients need between visits.

Solmira handles the accompaniment, errands and coordination that fall outside your scope — and reports back in writing, so nothing lands back on your desk unexplained.

Who we work with

We are a private-pay, non-medical concierge service. We do not compete with clinical providers or replace a care team — we fill the logistical gap the family is quietly absorbing.

Senior living

Independent & assisted living communities

Residents who want off-campus appointments attended, outings arranged, and family kept informed without adding to your staff's workload.

Legal

Elder law & estate attorneys

Clients who are managing well on paper but need a dependable person on the ground between meetings and filings.

Financial

Financial advisors & fiduciaries

A concierge with no access to accounts, cards or bill payment — a boundary we hold in writing and never waive on request.

Hospital & SNF

Discharge planners & social workers

The first two weeks home: prescriptions picked up, follow-ups scheduled and attended, the household reset for a safer landing.

Care management

Geriatric care managers

Execution capacity for the plan you have already built, with written notes after every visit.

Community

Faith communities & civic groups

Members whose families live out of state and need a consistent local presence they can name.

Scope, stated plainly

Referral relationships only work when the boundary is unambiguous. Here is ours, in the same words we use with clients and in our service agreement.

What Solmira does

Presence, logistics, communication

  • Appointment accompaniment and support, with same-day written summaries
  • Return-home support following a hospital or rehab stay
  • Personal errands and lifestyle support
  • Home management coordination — scheduling and meeting vendors, keeping paperwork in order
  • Technology concierge and family communication
What Solmira never does

No clinical care, no money, no driving

  • No skilled nursing, medical advice or clinical opinion
  • No hands-on personal care — bathing, dressing, toileting or transfers
  • No medication administration
  • No cleaning, laundry or meal preparation
  • No access to accounts, cards, bill payment or financial management
  • No transportation — our team never drives a client

How a referral works

Four steps, and you are kept in the loop only to the extent the client authorizes.

You make the introduction

Pass along our details, or send us the family's name with their permission and we will make the first call.

Consultation

A complimentary 15-minute call, or a 60-minute family consultation at $99, credited toward the first month if a membership begins within 30 days.

Written support plan

What is included, what is never included, and who receives updates — agreed in writing before service begins.

Steady reporting

The same concierge each visit, a written note afterward, and a monthly review of whether the plan still fits.

What partners can expect from us

A response within 1 business day

Every referral is acknowledged, whether or not it turns into a client.

Honest triage

If the need is clinical, or falls outside our scope, we say so immediately and point the family toward the right professional.

Discretion

Client information goes only to the people the client has named. We do not share client details back to a referrer without authorization.

No referral fees

We neither pay nor accept compensation for referrals, in either direction.

Refer a client or request materials

Send us a referral, ask for printed materials for your office, or set up a short introductory call. We respond within 1 business day.

Prefer to talk it through?

Call the office directly, or email and we will arrange a short introductory conversation at a time that suits your schedule.
