About

Built for the family that can't be in two places at once.

Solmira exists for the stretch between "Mom is doing fine" and "Mom needs care" — the years when what's missing isn't a nurse, it's a reliable person.

Why Solmira exists

Most families discover the gap the same way. A parent is still living independently and wants to keep it that way. But the appointments pile up, no one remembers what the specialist actually said, the pharmacy is across town, and the adult child managing it all is working full-time — often from another city.

Home care agencies solve a different problem. They send help with bathing and dressing to people who need it, frequently from a rotating roster. That is not what this family needs, and it is not what Solmira does.

What they need is a known, trusted person who shows up on schedule, handles the logistics well, holds firm boundaries, and reports back clearly. That's the whole service.

Local

Rooted in Franklin County

Built here, serving the Columbus metro. We know the hospital systems, the traffic, and the neighborhoods.

Consistent

One known relationship

You are introduced to your concierge before service starts, and that is who returns.

Bounded

A clear, narrow role

Non-medical, non-financial, in writing. Clients and families always know exactly where the line sits.

How we work

Four commitments that shape every engagement.

Discretion

What happens in a client's home stays there. Information goes only to the people the client has named.

Documentation

Every visit produces a written note. Families are never left reconstructing the day from memory.

Observation, not interpretation

Our team reports what they see and never offers a clinical opinion. Concerns are escalated to family and to the client's own providers.

Honest limits

When a need falls outside our scope, we say so on the spot and help the family find the right professional.

Where we serve

New Albany, Dublin, Upper Arlington, Westerville, Worthington, Gahanna, Reynoldsburg and Hilliard, plus Franklin County, Licking County and the surrounding Columbus metro. Service runs Monday through Saturday, 8am to 7pm, subject to availability.

Start with a conversation

A complimentary 15-minute call is the simplest way to find out whether this fits. If the situation needs a fuller conversation, the 60-minute family consultation is $99 and is credited toward your first month if you begin a membership within 30 days.
